The event will give rail industry engineering and customer experience staff the opportunity to see stereovision camera technology in situ., discuss data backhaul via the Smart-train API and see an example of real-time occupancy data used in state-of-the-art digital platform signage.
As part of its Department for Transport funded research into the benefits of automatic passenger counting, the You. Smart. Thing. team will also share a rail industry exploitation roadmap, into its use for real-time occupancy and yield management.
