At YST, we understand the unique challenges faced by independent music venues, particularly in the areas of event logistics, sustainability, and customer experience. That’s why we’re excited to contribute to this essential conversation by hosting a dedicated workshop during Venues Day.
Our CEO, Chris Thompson, will co-lead four workshop sessions with Bryan Ravens, Strategic Projects Director at d&b solutions, starting at 1:30pm, 2:25pm, 3:20pm and 4:15pm. Workshops are designed to help Grassroots Music Venues talk more publicly about their approach to ethical practice & societal responsibility, demonstrating their readiness for funding. Chris will touch on how smart event planning and sustainable transport solutions can not only enhance the visitor experience but also drive operational efficiencies for venue operators. Moreover, leveraging data can streamline event planning and optimise the visitor journey, ensuring that independent venues can continue to thrive in a competitive market.
