Step 2: Use the travel assistant on one the following websites to plan a trip and create an EV Assist travel plan using one of the rapid charge points operated by ESB Energy in Coventry. You can find the EV Assist journey option when you plan a trip using the map embedded on any of the following web pages:

Simply enter your origin and destination and the travel assistant will offer you several journey options depending on your needs, including an “EV Assist” journey option. You can edit your travel details by changing the time and date of travel, current remaining range and maximum range of your EV, and the length of time you need to charge. If you select the EV Assist option and “Get a travel plan”, we will send you an email or SMS with details of your journey. Thirty minutes before your departure time you will also receive a notification with the real-time availability status of the charge point you are planning to use. Shortly we will be releasing additional features to allow you to reserve the charge point, start and stop a charging session.

Step 3: Complete the post-pilot survey of your experience for a chance to win a £50 voucher.
